What types of businesses can I list for sale on Investors Club?

We accept online businesses with just about any business model, including content websites (blogs and niche sites), e-commerce, Amazon FBA, SaaS, services, marketplaces, membership sites, and more.

The business is not in English. Can I list it for sale?

Yes, you can list websites and businesses with content in other languages. Your listing does need to be in English.

The business is in a "gray" niche. Can I list it for sale?

All aspects of your business must be ethical enough to discuss with your grandmother. We do not accept gambling businesses, pornography, anything that promotes hate or violence, or businesses that are illegal. Investors Club reserves the right to reject businesses that we believe are not a good fit for our platform, based on our sole discretion.

How much information do I have to share about the business?

You are in full control of how much information to share about your listings. By default, the public sees only a generic headline and brief summary, while the full description becomes visible once visitors create and verify their account.

Even verified members have limited access – they’ll need to contact you directly or upgrade their membership to learn more details about the business.

If your client requires additional privacy, we offer optional “privacy” packages to further customize confidentiality levels.

Will I be locked into an exclusivity agreement?

You are free to list your clients’ businesses anywhere else at the same time – we believe that you should cast a wide net for your client. Investors Club’s goal is to provide an additional outlet to maximize exposure, not limit your options.

Can I cancel or remove my listing anytime I wish?

Yes, you can cancel or remove your listing anytime from your dashboard. There’s no minimum time requirement — you can list when ready and take the listing down whenever you feel you’ve achieved the exposure you needed.

How long does it take to publish my listing?

Depending on the information you provided and our backlog, it can take anywhere between 2 and 72 hours for your listing to go live. Sometimes it might take as long as 5 working days.

Does my listing go live automatically?

Yes, after approval, your listing goes live automatically. Since you are the one submitting the information that makes up your listing, there is no need for you to approve it again.

How long will my listing remain on the Investors Club website?

Listings will stay active for 90 days. If the business hasn’t sold by then, you have the option to renew the listing for an additional 90 days.

Do brokers have to pay any fees to Investors Club when a business is sold to a buyer found through Investors Club?

We charge no listing fees or success fees, and take no commission from the sale.

While we offer optional marketing and confidentiality upgrades, these are not required to list and sell a business. Many brokers successfully use the platform without any paid add-ons.

How does the broker referral program work?

When sellers request a full-service option, we match them with our partner brokers. We introduce these sellers directly to you, giving you the opportunity to win their business.

I’m part of a brokerage firm – can multiple team members use one account?

You can use a single account to manage all your company’s listings, coordinating internally with one shared login. If you prefer, you can also create separate accounts for individual brokers – both options are possible.

How will I communicate with buyers who are interested?

You handle all buyer interactions directly. When a buyer is interested in your listing, they will send you a message through the Investors Club platform. The message goes to the email address you connected to your Investors Club account.

From there, you can continue the conversation through any channel of your choice.

Your personal contact info isn’t revealed on the listing – buyers will only receive this information when you reply to them.

What privacy options can I offer my client’s listing?

For clients requiring enhanced confidentiality, we offer optional privacy upgrade packages that allow you to require NDAs or manually approve who can access confidential details on the listing.
